A fantastic cheese platter consisting of a fillet of poached salmon, a washed rind soft cheese, a delicious blue, an amazing Pinot Noir cheese (our favourite), quince paste, nectarine chutney, olives, delicious capers, roasted red peppers, green & red pesto, sweet purple grapes, crackers & breads all teamed with a beautiful red wine from their vineyard. Lovely way to spend an afternoon in a beautiful part of the world...oh, & absolutely adored their gorgeous Pecorino sheeps cheese which I just had to bring home with me (Sydney, Australia).

Thanks for the great review. The cheesery team are so glad you enjoyed your lunch here with us. Enjoy the Balfour that you took back to Sydney - once you have finished your cheese keep the rind and add it into any soups or sauces that you make to add flavour.
