“To enjoy it all”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 15, 2013

There are so many things to do in Queenstown, that to enjoy the best at the lowest prices, you need to combine them. This is what Queenstown Combos attempts to do for you. We took the Shotover jetboat/helicopter/Zip trek/ Gondola ride combination. We had to be at "The Station" by 8.15 to meet our tour, we were but due to unseasonal rain the Shotover Jets were not (yet) operating, The tour operator was fairly sure that the jetbaots would be going inthe afternoon, so the order of our trips was changed and we got to see Queenstown by air first, then the Zipline safari and then after lunch at the top of the Gondola ( not provided) we rode down to catch the bus to the Shotover jets. It was a full day, Ok it was mostly speed - through the air, zipping through the trees, down the mountain and then up and down the shotover river and well worth every minute. So, excellent provider, able to shuffle things round to fit the crcumstances and excellent fun.

Thanks for your excellent review – it’s always great to get some feedback!
The Queenstown Combo is one of our most popular combos and is a great way to see the local area. You’re right the unseasonal rain did bring things to a halt for a couple of days but luckily we can be pretty flexible with moving things around and we appreciate people understanding this, we just want to get you out doing extreme stuff ! We’re just happy you had a good day out.
Thanks again and hopefully see you in Queenstown again sometime.
From the team at Queenstown Combos.

That you might not get time to do five luge rides if your bus is late.

“One-stop shop for all your Queenstown adventure needs!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 16, 2011 via mobile

Extemely helpful in planning our honeymoon adventure activities. They went out of their way to work with the other vendors located in The Station to accommodate our schedule and needs. Susan is the best advisor/salesperson there!! So patient and knowledgeable and friendly!! Thank you for helping us sort through the myriad of options available!

“Queenstown adventure things to do”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 17, 2009

My daughter (22) and I (53) are spending an amazing week here just for the adventure stuff.
A lot of the accomodation that is about a 10 minute walk from town is up huge hills. The walk into town is fine but the walk home (great to justify all the food we had eaten) but is a pretty big effort. High heels would be a killer.
$15 coctail tea pots at ' The world bar' A must for the Under 30's - I was waaay too old to be there but still had fun
We booked parasailing which has been cancelled 3 times due to the wind !!!!!!!
Went up the gondola which is an easy walk from town. Everyone should try the luge - that is so much fun - go at lease twice as you are made to start on the easy one if you haven't done it before but the extreme one is also easy to handle. On the way down stop at the little caravan called Balaton crepes. These are served on a paper plate and cost about $8.00 but definately worth eating- they have savoury and sweet.
Went skydiving with NZone - excellent time but a lot of sitting around as the weather was a bit tricky and flights were actually cancelled the day before we went. Dinner at Flame, Bar & Grill. Got a really good write up but we didn't think the food was fantastic and not really worth the money. Steak about $30. then had to pay $1.50 for pepper sauce.
Did the combo of jetboat, helicopter & white water rafting. Fantastic day - the whole lot was just brilliant. The guides are friendly and helpful everywher you go. So many nationalities. We booked everything at 'the station' in the middle of town - meeting place for many of the activities. ASB Bank is assocciated with commonwealth so no o'seas transfer charges on withdrawals - easier than paying credit card charges
Today we are at the Nevis bunji waiting for the tour bus to take us back. Nevis Bunji 134 mtrs. -That is amazing and really not scary. The adrenaline rush afterwards is to die for!!! Also did the Nevis arc. The tallest swing in the world - a barrel of fun - if you are going here spend the xtra and do them both.
