We stayed here twice recently, once for one night upon arrival in NZ and then 3 nights the next week. Glynis was a cheerful, welcoming and , friendly host with lots of good advice and help. When our pickup service failed to arrive, she made several phone calls on our behalf, and went out of her way to do all she could to help.
The rooms we had were comfortable, warm and quiet. The guest lounge is lovely, with books, magaazines and coffee and tea provisions, and a great place to unwind after a big day out.
The B and B is well situated for travellers without a car, as it it a short walk to Dunedin centre, the train station, the Octogon, shops and restaurants.
Glynis's breakfasts were wonderful, with freshly baked bread and muffins, fresh fruit, local cheese, yoghurt and cereals. She went to a lot of trouble to make our stay a highlight of our NZ trip.
We would recommend her B and B to any trvellers wanting a warm, convenient and welcoming place to stay in Dunedin.
We had a kitchennette suite at the back of the house, and had no trouble with noise at all.

Thank you for your kind words. It was a pleasure having you both to stay. Just happy that you were in time for your flight after the bus failed to arrive.
