This park offers large spaces for the animals, but at the same time provides some good encounters. It is heavily reliant on volunteers, meaning that revenues go back to the care of the animals. There is a daily feeding schedule, and it's a good idea to arrive early and to follow the schedule. You don't want to miss feeding the giraffes at noon. Because it is a large free range park, there is a bit of walking to do -- or you can take a little shuttle free of charge. The kids we were with also really enjoyed spotting the geckos in the lizard house.
