The only reason why we chose this hotel was the Location of the place. Its only 5 mins walk from the city centre. The Tram station, shopping, cinemas, restaurants etc are all next to the hotel. But the hotel on the whole is very average. The rooms are not at all a value for money. The rooms are very small n very Claustrophobic. Beds n other furniture is also very old n make a squeaky noise when u sit on it. Looks like the hotel is very old has n has not been renovated since years n gives a feel of n antique hotel. Not a very comfortable stay.

Comfortable spacious business-style accommodation looking onto Victoria Square, minutes from Cathedral Square. Good for shops, restaurants, bars and Botanical Gardens. Helpful staff would reccommend.

This was a great choice for our first night in NZ before collecting our car. We were picked up form the airport by the hotel shuttle, check in was smooth and we were quickly shown to our room. This was very nice and well equipped. The hotel shuttle will run you into town or to any local destination if you ask. After breakfast we were dropped back to the airport to collect our hire car. But not before the hotel manager had given us a useful list of things to do in Singapore when we got there later in our trip.

I stayed at the Copthorne Central for a week, and loved it. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room ovelooked the park. I'd stay here again.
