“Service but.....”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed April 29, 2014

Good atmosphere however for $48 per person I thought bit expensive for what u got.not much variety as b4 maybe cutting cost? Maybe so but business for me is built on reputation.
It was a Sunday nite only a few tables were filled maybe 8 or so not much food as b4 lacking its usual class...however have second thoughts going next time....but a good view was a bonus .staff were friendly and service was good.

“Good food, but...”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 4, 2014

Breakfast at Whitby's is a little expensive for value at $26.50 continental-style. The cereal selection was across the room from the fruits, as was the fruit juices. A little unusual, I thought. Ambience was pleasant, although a little sterile I thought...

“Doesn't encourage a return visit”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed February 22, 2014

Prices on a la carte were more than the masterchef judges restaurants so unwisely went for buffet. Reminded us of our visits to valentines ten years ago.
Not a meat eater, my dining companion told me the meat and the fish were all dried out
I guess it is what it is. As I said it didn't encourage us to ever want to go back nor recommend it

“Delicious ”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 10, 2014

Modern and spacious, great selection of food ranging from raw fish and coconut milk salad to beed stragnoff. A bit pricey for lunch but so is most food in Wellington (compared to Montreal, where I am from!). Nice dessert selection too and kind staff.
