We had our Hotel make reservations at Shed 5 and requested a window table. When we arrived, the guy behind the bar and the person who seated guests (Oliver, who supposely was an assistant manager) took us to a table that was away from the windows. Noticing that most of the window tables were empty, we asked to be seated there. He informed us that they were all reserved. We mentioned that we had requested one when we made our reservation, and his answer was "these were reserved months ago". His attitude was insulting and dismissive. We had what I would call an OK meal, but nothing special. Our waiter was good, but as the night went on, they had a very large table that took away our waiter and others, which resulted in us having to flag him down a few times to get what we needed and to get our check. When we left, there was still an empty window table. We understand when you request a particular type of table that the restaurant might not be able to accommodate you. If these tables were booked months in advance, then tell the guest when they call to make reservations, that the window tables are all booked. This was not an inexpensive restaurant in relation to the quality of the food, thus they must live off their location. Oliver needs to get a better attiute or find another line of work.
