“Old and dirty”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed February 12, 2013

Excelent location but old and dirty. In case of respiratory allergy, don't came. Apartments Windows face a black wall. The acess to the internet is a joke! Recepcion services are very good as the size of the apartment. It's a shame it's so dirty and smeels llike mold.

We stayed in 1bedroom unit on the 5th floor. It was a very spacious unit, bedroom ensuite with bathroom and huge kitchen-dining-living area, around 40sqm. Our 2year old could run full speed in circles. Kitchen was equipped for a short stay and for not too complicated cooking but that was fine with us since we only ate breakfast in the room. There is also washer and dryer, very useful. The unit was carpeted and had big windows that were looking out to under the bridge, as a result it was very dark inside. However, since we were out whole day it didn't really matter. The only minus was air circulation, only very small part of the window could be opened and the bedroom itself was windowless, it was getting really stuffy at night. Service was very professional and attentive, every request or question was attended to and answered promptly.
Location was great, 5min walk to the quay and excellent restaurants, highly recommend Chet 5.
Also 5min away New World supermarket.
I would stay there again if traveling with family and in need of bigger space

Even though they lost our booking for one of Wellingtons busiest weekends (International Sevens tournament), these guys (well gal, Bridgit) went out of their way to make amends. Managed to book us, {even though we had to move once during our stay} into a two bedroom apartment. Cleaners were excellent with the apartment spik & span every time we arrived back. The Apartment was well equipped and very well located in the heart of the city. They threw in free carparking worth about $80 and nothing was a problem. The only slight negative was the lack of decent air conditioning but otherwise excellent. I highly reccommend to anyone who wants a comfortable well located place to stay who is sick of boxy hotel rooms that offer so much & deliver so little.

Room Tip: Floors 4 to 6 corner suite.

I stayed here last week and would absolutely stay here again. Walking out of this place, you walk right out into Lambton Quay-the city centre with shopping, restaurants and public transport. I have stayed in Wellington a bunch of times and this is my favourite so far. The rooms were lovely and clean, beds were comfortable. Check is was nice and easy as was check out, the man at the desk- his name was Justin, was just lovely! Super friendly staff. I would highly recommend this place for anybody looking at staying in Wellington, especially for first timers.

Our family of five stayed in this clean, very spacious, comfortable apartment for two nights. We occupied the only three bedroom in this complex and were very impressed. Although it certainly didn't have a five star view the apartment in it self was in a fabulous location, was very large and fitted out to a very high standard. We really enjoyed our stay here. We found the staff to be very friendly and extremely helpful. We would certainly recommend this accommodation.

Ideal city centre location these are serviced apartments with a kitchen area with washing machine, tumble dryer, oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher. We stayed in a one bedroom unit and there was plenty of space with a generous dining and living area. My only disappointment was that there was no view from the window.
There was one hour free internet available in the lobby which was on the 6th floor.
If you intend to arrive by car make sure you check the hotel website because although the address is Lambton Quay the entrance is on the rear. There is no parking available on Lambton Quay.
The staff were friendly and efficient and there was a supermarket within 5 mins walk if you wished to stock up on food to use the kitchen facilities.
I would certainly stay here again having got a great deal through Expedia.com.

This hotel was a lovely surprise and probably our favourite of all we stayed in during our vacation. My brother, sister-in-law and I had a 2 bedroom apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, which we had not expected. After several days of eating in restaurants it was a nice change to go to the local supermarket and pick up some food and make our own dinner and breakfast. There was a nice size living room, and dining area. 2 bedrooms - one with a washroom. The bathroom had a washer and dryer. All very clean and well equipped. The best part was it was right in the middle of the city but still quiet. Would thoroughly recommend.
