“Friendly and great service”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 12, 2013 via mobile

Friendly and great service.

The staff really look after you like you're part of their families. Always a warm welcome, smiles all round and no request too much trouble.

Home away from home. Highly recommend and the location is within walking distance to everything.

Lovely people and friendly service. Excellent location close to city centre and easy walking to Cuba Street and all the restaurants and excitement. Very handy to bus stop for all destinations. Good shopping just down the road. Well recommended.

My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights. Awesome views from the 15th floor, reception staff were awesome, went out of their way to help.
Once in room, I was taken aback with the size of the apartment. Small and pokey. not what I expected. There was a kitchenette had a loose faucet, which was near the verge of coming off.also cupboard was loose.
after our first night,we had to ask for our toiletries to be replenished when we came back from being out for the day
wasn't to impressed with bathroom after we found some mould in the shower, also my partner being locked in the bedroom after door came off its slider.
overall the finishing finer detail let it down, needs a bit of maintenance on walls etc.
But the bed was the best. Comfy as.
wont be in a hurry to come back to this hotel.

It is nice location and near the cuba mall. Easy to access. The hotel room is nice and big, you can also cook light meal in the room too. The only problem is that there is not air-con in the room, you have to open the windows to let the cold/fresh air come to the room, and it is very hard to sleep with the windows open because the street is very noisy in thursday and friday night (I stay at level 8). It is ok in winter but it is going to be a problem in summary

This hotel was ideal for our 2 night stay in Wellington being close to both restaurants and the theatre.

The hotel was comfortable with only a few minor niggles. The bedroom reading lights are on a single switch, which made it difficult to sleep, whilst the other was reading. There is not much room in the bathroom with a small shower cubicle and a large but shallow sink. The bed was very soft.

Check in was swift and easy, and although we arrived early our room was ready and we were able to access it straight away. Check out was just as easy and the hotel staff were friendly.

My husband and I stayed for a night as part of a quick holiday in Wellington.
We found the apartment very small in the living area and not what we would have called an apartment. There were no facilities for cooking in as you would expect in an apartment, only the usual jug for a hot drink and a microwave.
The room however was very clean and nicely furnished, the bed comfortable and the view was excellent. The service at the front desk was friendly and very helpful and the location was excellent.
Overall a good room just small and not the facilities we would have thought for an apartment.

Room Tip: Rooms on the upper floors facing the harbour

Convenient location close to restaurants and entertainments in city central. Small but surprisingly good, clean and comfortable for 1-2 nights stay studio apartment. Bathroom appliances need to be updated and upgrated.
