Our room was clean (sounds like a miracle after some of the other reviews) and quite large. This wasn't our first choice, and we were glad we were only staying two nights. The furniture was cheap and the upholstered pieces were extremely worn and uncomfortable. The bed sagged and one of the 2 tv's didn't work properly. Front desk staff was courteous (again, apparently a miracle) and offered to fix the items that didn't work, but we didn't bother with that since we were only there 2 nights. We looked longingly at all kinds of motels nearby that seemed to have vacancies. This was a last minute reservation after another choice fell through, and I admit that I did not check out the Trip Advisor comments on this motel--much to my chagrin!

I booked to stay at the Hotel, before even booking I had major problems with the ridiculous booking engine and website "silveroaks" and then once finally booking, unfortunatly my travel plans fell through. I emailed to make a cancellation - no reply, I then rung and a daft and rude boy answered not being able to help me stating he couldnt book and told me to ring the booking site (which i did again adn for it to be his number) he then didnt have the contact details of the number and didnt want to take the time of day to help me out at all, nor no anything about reservations or cancellations or direct me to anyone which could have helped. I wouldnt even bother or waste my time on this place, I hated it and didnt even need to experience it, but from reading other reviews I am glad I managed to cancel my booking!!

This is by far the most dirty and old hotel I've ever stayed in. Seemed like it wasn't really cleaned. We booked a room witch had 1 kings and 2 singles via de AA travel website. However the room had 1 king and 2 sofa beds of which one wasn't working. When asked at the desk, we we're offered a 2 bedroom suite for 20 dollars extra. Tired from the long travel we accepted that, but afterwards regretted it. Luckily we only stayed 1 night. This hotel is so bad, it shouldn't be listed on any website. Don't stay here, and don't let the word 'Quality' fool you, there isn't anything quality about this hotel.

The rooms are filthy and unsafe. We had a room with major mould in the bathroom and in the one room where the kids stayed. We couldnt even sit on the sofa, as all the springs were gone in it, and the cushions sank into the middle. There were stains of something on the walls, the matresses had no springs left in them.....etc. I could go on and on.
To be short and sweet, this hotel needs some MAJOR renovation and cleaning done to it. The maintenance on the tennis court, pool area, and playground is far less than what is needed.
The staff (clerk and manager) are very rude.

How this hotel got a 4 star rating is beyond me. Don't waste your money on this hotel. Go to Rydges for an extra $10 a night. Its worth it.

Booked through FLYBUYS and paid $45 to upgrade to a spa room. We were so excited about our spa room and the mini golf to pass the time in our flash four star hotel. We get there and we were highly disappointed. We were in the studio unit with spa and it was hot stuffy and we were highly DISAPPOINTED. THE decor was older than me and the spa had been emptied but not scrubbed. It was just horrible, the mini golf was unplayable as leaves covered all of the greens and honestly didnt look as if it had been played on in months. The roof of the spa room was covered in god knows what and there were no vents to let any air in our out of the spa room. We had to sweep the green to play and it just wasnt up to a high standard. We had expected a much higher standard being a four star hotel. Had we had to pay full price for our nights stay I would have been in that office kicking up a serious serious fuss. THE STAFF were okay went elsewhere to eat not realising they had an in house restaurant as we had never been advised. Seriously I wouldnt waste the money we enjoyed our STAY MORE AT HOT ROCK BACKPACKERS THAN AT OUR SO CALLED FANCY FOUR STAR HOTEL. Please think twice before staying here you will not get good value for money. BEFORE LEAVING WE EMPTIED OUR SPA POOL ONLY TO SEE TWO BABY COCKROACHES IN THE SPA ROOM EWWWWW OH MY GOODNESS I COULD HAVE CRIED. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!!!!
