We stayed just one night in March 2013 and wished it could've been longer. Inexpensive, easy to find (the first motel after the signpost to Paihia) the building is of wooden construction with, it has to be said, rather fading paint. But - absolutely spotlessly clean (units seem new - they weren't, just clean as new), superb washroom, comfy beds, great hilltop view. The only motel in 6-weeks touring where you could wash your car. And to top it all, the lovely Barbara. Do stay here, you won't regret it.
