Great day out with spectacular views.Very informative, crew were fantastic. We saw lots of dolphins, unfortunately because of the swells we weren't able to go through the hole in the rock.

we had a bit of a rough trip, but only after we saw the dolphins. we could not go through the hole in the rock because of the weather conditions. the trip was great nonetheless and we saw many many dolphins and had a lovely time until i got seasick. the crew on the boat was very supportive though and after having left the boat in russell, i got better soon. don't forget your sealegs if you attempt to venture out to the hole in the rock.

Just returned from NZ. We went on a once in a lifetime swim with the dolphin trip. We went on a morning cruise and saw lots off wonderful spectacular dolphins. Good trip on the whole but
for one member of staff. From the beginning Rhonda's manner was unfriendly and she spoke to us like a head mistress. The people that got into the water were shouted at in an aggressive way and my partner ended up getting out. The captain did apologise about her attitude but many people were talking about her manner. After every one was back on the boat Rhonda seemed to calm down and was more social able. I think the problem was she was expected to get ready and watch to many people at once. Also if you have children there are no swimming aids supplied. I have been on many cruises to see whales etc and have never had any problems before. We are paying for a once in a lifetime experience and expect to be treated as valued customers..

The Captain was very informative and funny. We saw dolphins within 30mins of leaving the dock. It was a magic experience to see such magnificent creatures in the wild. We went through the Hole in the Rock which was great fun. The trip was excellent and exceptional value for money. We would not hesitate to recommend it.. Eve and Christine
