“Interesting short walk”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 29, 2013

This is an easy 1 hour walk with a lot of it in a boardwalk.Lots of bird life here and there and I have even seen fish leaping out of the water. Good just to stretch your legs or you can go under the motorway and onto a much longer walk

“Lovely walk”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 2, 2013

Peaceful walk along the waterfront, some quirky houses to look at, plenty of cafes and bars to be found. If you keep walking and go through the port you arrive in Napier after about 30 minutes. You can also head up the hill to reach Bluff Hill

“on a nice day a good walk”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 5, 2013

This is an easy enjoyable walk around the Estuary.

on most of the track NO bikes are allowed, which is good for the walkers, but if you are like us riding is preferred.

Never mind, still worth doing
