“Definitely the best motel stop of our tour”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 2, 2014

We were doing the classic NZ tours - motels in part and motorhomes too. We booked this off Trip Advisor which had not entirely matched up to the hype on some other stops so had no great expectations.

So we were pretty blown away by the service, the layout, the size of rooms, the modern and comfortable decor and the fantastic view. Great restaurants and cafes all round us and interesting neighbourhoods especially the port.

Top recommendation for this one.

Room Tip: Ask for third floor sea view

I was impressed with the generous size of the room. Not to mentioned the nice and relaxing seaview. Easy parking on the basement, the cafe (on-site) with a great coffee! There are many cafe and restaurant around this apartment that would spoil everyone.

New, clean, bright and spacious appartment. Only wish we could have stayed longer. Easy walk into the city, and lots of bars, cafes, restaurants nearby. We ate at the Milk and Honey restaurant next door to the appartment, and had one of the best meals of our trip.
Friendly staff, free parking on site, as well as free laundry facilities. Would definitely recommend.

Room Tip: We stayed on second floor, had side view of beach and sea, room 205. It had a balcony, and was very...

The room was spacious, clean, modern and comfortable but got a room overlooking the side street so didn't get much of a view of the seaside. The complimentary limited WiFi was nice but a bit confusing eg. the first time you accept the $5 option its free. We arrived late in the afternoon and could not find many options nearby for dinner because Navigate is in a quite area north of Napier. The free guest laundry was clean and convenient.
Certainly a nice place to stay in a quiet area but was one of the pricier places we stayed in NZ.

This is a wonderful, stay. We are here for,two nights. The check in was easy, and welcoming. Suggestions for dinner and outings. Our room is large, clean, a sea view. Bath very efficient, and roomy shower. The kitchen is great for our bfast sand tea time. Wine glasses for pre dinner drink. There is even a guest laundry, soap provided! What more could we ask!?

We have stayed at Navigate before and our second visit was as wonderful as the first (visit three is already booked). We had a fantastic room on the waterfront side of the property and a lovely spacious and attractive room and really appreciated the friendly service from Andrew and the staff who looked after as so beautifully - particularly on the morning we had to leave (reluctantly) when my husband was not feeling at all well and they let us stay for a few hours to sort ourselves out! A bonus of this fab place is the gorgeous and yummy cafe in the building - Sol - that will deliver to your room (we didn't use that service but breakfasted at Sol most days - if you did order 'in room' I guarantee it would be one of the classiest breakfasts offered in a NZ motel!).

We really enjoyed our stay in Napier and the accommodation here was excellent. The room was bright and clean with great facilities. It was lovely to see all the activity at the beach and with the good double glazing, the room was quite at night.
It was nice to park the car and walk into the quay area.
The staff were very helpful.
We stayed 5 days, over the busy period of the week before Art Deco weekend and we really enjoyed the Mission Concert!

Room Tip: We asked for a beach facing room, and it was lovely
