If it was possible, i would have rate it 3.5
We just came back from there where we had a 6 course seafood degustation menu and don't get me wrong the food was great but the service let down a bit (i think we were served by all the waiters in service tonight which was not consistent; and when leaving, we had to look for and find our coats ourselves, and we were not quite sure where exactly they put them). Also, the fourth course which was the fish was average; the sauce was too rich, the fish tasted too strong; for the 5th course, there was a tuile containing nuts but as i'm allergic to nuts, i didn't have it in my dish which was great but then i got nothing to replace it on the plate. I was expecting more from a fine dining restaurant.
Overall, good balance with flavours, the salmon and the tuna were to die for, the dessert very good but 2 dishes out of 6 were a bit of let down for me (reasons above).
Good dining experience though...
