This was by far one of the best restaurant meals I have had for a long time. The food is well balanced with subtle flavours and the menu reflects foods in season. The presentation of the food is beautiful which adds to the enjoyment. As you would expect in this type of restaurant the wine list is well chosen but on the expensive side. We have been twice in the last 6 months and both times the service has been impeccable. If I had one minor gripe it is the booking times which seem fairly rigid it was a rush on a week night to get there for 6.30 pm booking (either that or 8.30pm) and then find the restaurant only a 1/3rd full, it would be good to see some flexibility in this area. Recommended for that special occasion.
