Went here with a group of work colleagues because it was recommended due to previous positive experiences. Oh- what a mistake that was! The restaurant is located in a lovely spot by the water and the food was truly delicious (when you ever get it!) so my assumption is that they think they can get away with delivering such an inferior service. It started by taking ages to even get the wine list and went only down hill from there. First accidentally served us soy sauce instead of balsamic with the breads and then took ages to send us a fresh serve of non soy-infested bred. Then they completely missed one of our entrees and delivered the rest with about ten to 15 minutes in between them, the same happened again with the mains- you could either eat separately or some would have a cold meal by the time the last ones arrived! In between, I had been left without filled water for ages which shouldn't happen to begin with if the staff was attentive. When I asked the lady who brought my main if I could get the water refilled, she just pointed into another corner and said "Here- it's that guy who does the water." Needless to say that there was no one and I had to wait for another ten minutes for a sip of water! In the end, we received the bill and they tried to overcharge us on several items, including the bread that they had messed up earlier! The really bad thing was staff's attitude in general, they didn't care, gave us lip service apologies and then still didn't make it right etc. Upon paying the bill, one of my colleagues wanted to raise it all with the manager who then turned out to be a guy in his early 20ies who looked a bit like a grown up Harry Potter. No surprise then that nothing was done about these issues- this is what happens if a restaurant saves on proper staff and instead employs an army of cheap unskilled backpackers! Be warned- never dine here!
