“Good Location. Nice Hotel”

I was put up on Level 6 with a view overlooking the city skuline and port. Great sleep quality as well but the room size is tad smaller. Good range for the breakfast but very expensive. Costs you over $100 for 3 people. The lowest point of the hotel is its Wi-Fi connectivity. It is very flaky and keeps cutting out.

I am so pleased that you had a relaxing and comfortable stay and very much enjoyed the views from your room. My sincere apologies however that you found the Wi-Fi connectivity inconsistent. While this is not normally the case, please let us know on future visits if this happens again, as we have a dedicated IT Manager for our guests who would be delighted to assist.

Great Hotel, Fantastic Staff, Best Food and Wine Service ever. I always stay at this hotel on many trip[s to Auckland I have had. Location is close to the centre, without being in the noisy main road.

The Auckland Pullman is a great hotel. I've been to Auckland many times and this was my first time at the Pullman. What a great experience! Bathrooms are wonderfully large (we were in an apartment), bedroom very comfortable and the lounge/balcony was very inviting.

Spent 3 nights here. A good hotel in the CBD with adequate rooms. Bed was very comfortable but the aircon was cumbersome to manage a suitable temperature. My room picked up quite a bit of outside noise also. Buffet breakfast and restaurant was ok but nothing special.

We were pleasantly surprised by the outstanding level of service, as we had not stayed in this property since February 1996 when it was the Hyatt Kingsgate. It is pleasing to report that the Accor Group have transformed this Hotel into a 5 star property in actuality as well as in name. Every member of staff from the very polite doormen and Concierge staff to the Front Desk Manager did their level best to make this the best Hotel stay of our recent New Zealand trip. The IT Manager even went the extra mile and came personally to our room to help get our laptop going when there was a technical hiccup. The breakfast at the Tapestry Restaurant was also superb both in terms of presentation and food quality. In short, we can't wait to stay again.

Room Tip: Rooms facing the University and Albert Park can be particularly charming. The leafy greenery is soot...

I have been staying at the Pullman approximately 4 times in the past year as I am up in Auckland for training courses. The service has been consistently good. Reception are pleasant and checking in is very quick and efficient. Being a member of the Advantage Plus programme has been incredible value when staying at The Pullman. Furnishings are tasteful and amneties are good. The bar the past two nights have been bedlam with teenagers arriving for their school balls. But at other times it has been pleasant to sit there with a glass of wine after a long day of work. I have been wanting to try the spa but time constraints have prevented me from doing so until today. The spa is heavenly! I had an hour massage before my flight today and it was amazing. I would like to personally thank my therapist, Rowenia (I hope I have spelt tis right!). Absolutely amazing service. I will definitely come back to the spa time permitting. My next trip up to Auckland is in 10 weeks and I intend to book back at The Pullman!

The Pullman was very comfortable, nice room, great bed etc...

The hotel is a little removed from everything, so if you want to head out to get some food or check out the city, your looking at a 15min walk, which isn't bad... until you have to walk back to the hotel because it's located at the top of a steep hill.
<Walk into the city, get a taxi back for $7>

Staff were really nice, concierge assisted with bags at check in & departure.
