My two friends and I headed out to Mt Lawley for dinner and although we didn't have a booking we managed to grab a table in this popular and bustling restaurant. It is located in a strip of shops with a car park out the front, so Hanami's appeal is entirely inside.
We each ordered Tofu as a starter - so delicious, beautifully presented, and each probably enough for two people to share. Then we had avocado rolls, vegetable tempura, small sushi plate (the tuna was heavenly) and a fish teriaki set.
All delicious and fresh. We could not finish it all.
We also ordered a bottle of Goundrey Estate white wine.
All up the bill was $101. Great value! The service was also friendly and efficient.
A great night out.
