My favourite pho restaurant. Not fancy and unashamedly Vietnamese, I've always felt my custom appreciated. Spacious, high ceilings, overhead chandeliers and muzak make for a pleasant ambience. Hot tea in a flask is delivered soon after you sit down. This time, we tried the "goat steamboat". Goat meat chunks cook in a hot pot of dark herbal broth on your table. Throw in green bitter vegetables and eat with noodles or rice. A dipping sauce of chilli mixed through fermented soy bean paste is provided. Strong flavours indeed! Full marks for authenticity.
