dropped into the restaurant before going to see Mousetrap. didn't have a reservation but they managed to squeeze us in with little fuss. waited about five minutes for drink orders and within ten minutes they were taking our food order. Not a lot of people there but it appeared that those that go there are the "arty type" of people. Music was relaxing and not overbearing and when the food came out it was terrific. 2 x tasting plates which were a little pricey but at the end of the night it was acceptable. Nice beer and wine list but a little expensive. In all a very good experience and i will be going back again to try something else on the menu. Well done Cheeky Sparrow. Moves a little away from the normal fare of some restaurants.
