“Way too expensive for what you get!”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed May 23, 2014

We stayed for one night and that was enough. We paid close to 200 au$ and that is double of what it is worth for sure. It is okay to crash for one night but would not want to stay for longer. Breakfast was boring and expensive for what you got. Room was decent - quite big weird furniture and bed in the corner. Bathroom was decent too. It is just outdated and expensive. We got out of there fast so don't know if the location is great or not but seemed to be in the center. The free parking was a plus. Weird people hanging out in front lobby was a bit of a turn of as well.

Room Tip: Stay if you get a good deal under 100au$ and just need a place to crash

i visited this hotel last year and whilst the price rate was very cheap - it was cheap for a reason.
The rooms were filthy and genrally old and outdated condition. The furniture, carpart, bed, walls and applicances all need to be changed as it looks like its the remains of the 1980's. You can hear other tenants in other rooms so wasnt able to sleep. Reception were very rude and unhelpful.
I would not reccoment or stay here ever again.

Room Tip: probably avoid this hotel if you don't want to be dissapointed.

This is a a great location in the heart of the CBD, walking distance to everything with really cheap rooms. The hotel is quite old and a bit run down, rooms are clean though. Good for a quick stop over but definitely not luxury or a romantic weekend away. Staff are friendly and wifi is free. Good for a budget traveler and good value for money.

Room Tip: Ask for a newly renovated room, also if your planning on staying regularly they have a VIP club that...

We stayed for ten days between house moves so this was our home for that time!
It was very convenient and well priced. Room had small equipped kitchen so you can go self catering albeit the in-hotel restaurant is convenient and reasonably well priced for Perth.
Free wifi and free parking provide exceptional convenience; parking alone could set you back $20-30 a day elsewhere.
This is not a romantic "pamper me" hotel for a romantic getaway and dies not profess to be. It is a great location for exploring Perth or for a temporary stay where convenience and price are your criteria.
Only real complaint is that walls are very thin. You will hear any slight elevation in voices from neighbors and the lifts if you are close by so it is luck of the draw. It was never excessive (close a couple of times) and I am sure management would deal with it. Hence my tip on room selection.

Room Tip: Avoid being next to the lift. Try to get a room with only one neighbour to the side.

Stayed in a studio which was large with amenities for cooking as well. Comfortable stay with nice firm beds. Breakfast for $15 (continental) was rather worth it as well. We were allowed to check in early too which was very nice. Check out time at 1030am is slightly too early though.

The property is located centrally in Perth city centre. On arrival, we were attended by the reception staff, Emma. She was extremely warmth and helpful, and patiently explained to us all the information that we should know about the hotel and nearby attractions.

We had the superior studio double room, which was spacious and comfortable. Amenities were quite complete and we were very satisfied. I'd like to return to this hotel if I visit Perth again in the future.

Rooms small but serviceable - front desk staff friendly, helpful and professional - in house restaurant suits the budget accommodation, you will receive a satisfying meal but not fine dining. - check for in house parking in peak periods - not sure if there was enough car spaces to accommodate a full hotel ( we had no problems though ) Hotel cleaning staff also very friendly and polite. All in all a memorable stay and we would definitely consider again when visiting Perth - a great location for anything happening in Langley Park.
