“EXCELLENT”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 12, 2012

I stayed at the travelodge for business after travelling overseas for around a month.

Staff member Toby on the desk was exceptionally friendly, happy and more than welcoming! The room was clean, much bigger than expected and a good view from the balcony! The best hotel I have stayed at in Perth with a great combination of food, service, and presentation.

Thank you

Stayed here in November 2012 for business, a nice outdoor area for meals and drinks. Room was clean nd spacious.
No parking ind the hotel which was a let down, had to pay a ridiculous price over the road by the hour.....

I recently spent just under a week here and it was OK just little uninspired. The breakfast options are the same every day and just a little lacklustre. Comfort and cleanliness are fine and you are handy for everything else in town.

I had the great misfortune of being put in a room that is directly against the elevator shaft. That, coupled with the very uncomfortable bed, meant no sleep. If I had been in a different room I think it would’ve been a very nice experience. The hotel is in a great location, it’s very clean and modern, and I couldn’t find anything half as nice at the same price.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback.

I’m glad you found the hotels location so convenient and the hotel itself to be clean and modern.
Please accept my apologies about the noise from the lifts, I’m pleased to let you know that we will soon be having new lifts installed that are a lot quieter.

The staff welcome was warm and efficient. The staff are absolutely charming, smiling and chatting easily with guests and the staff is a credit to this hotel. The price - well - I need not comment as many other TA reviewers have also mentioned the outrageous price per night! Unfortunately, that is Perth!!!

I had a 2nd floor Hay Street room with a balcony which is awesome! Not many hotels offer a balcony to sit and enjoy the cool afternoon breeze. Bathroom workmanship is shoddy with taps not properly secured to the walls. Although the room has an ironing board, be prepared to iron on the bed as the board is cheap and nasty.

The Minibar is well-stocked, room service is efficient and friendly and the room has plenty of power points!!! I was only able to find TV - no movie or satellite channels. My room didn't have a pen or paper either which is unusual for a 4-star hotel (it's the little things that make the difference).

The restaurant is fine with a fresh, plentiful and varied menu. The nasi goreng is brilliant at brekkie time and a real change from the ordinary! The buffet breakfast was topped up frequently and the attention by the staff is commendable. A standard hotel in a brilliant location.

Excellent Travelodge on Hay Street close to City Centre shopping.

No problems encounted, staff very helpful. Internet access reasonable at 2 Australian Dollars for 20 minutes.

Breakfasts buffet style with cooked breakfasts available. Typical in most hotels.

Close to city and attractions. Free bus stops outside. Clean inside comfy bed and room. Expensive to eat here and retaurant closed on friday and saturday nights. We went along the street to the magic apple for breakfast. We struggled to find any where reasonably priced for evening meals.
