“Disappointing”

Stayed for 2 nights using the Weekend Escapes package. The room was a standard room and had old decor and was pokey. The included breakfast buffet was amazing however the breakfast staff were inattentive and we weren't even offered coffee or tea the first morning. The cleanliness of the room could have been better as there were toenail clippings on the carpet by the bed for the whole stay even though the room was serviced during our stay. Self parking was also included in our package however it was quite a rigmarole of doorways getting from the carpark into the hotel, not what you would expect of a high rating CBD hotel. And we had to wait 20 minutes to get into a lift on evening as we returned to the hotel at the same time as a tour bus had arrived and 4 lifts was insufficient to cater for the requirements. We shall not be returning here.

We very much value feedback from our customers and have always taken pride in listening to and addressing concerns when they arise. Whilst we were pleased to read that you and your partner enjoyed our buffet breakfast offering, regrettably inattentive service marred your experience. Please accept our sincere apologies as this was certainly not in keeping with our usual high standards of friendly and personalised service given throughout the hotel. Consistency with delivering great service is key to our success and your comments have helped us identify areas where further training and development of our associates is required.

With regard your guest room décor, we are fortunately in the planning stage of a rooms refurbishment of our main tower Standard and Deluxe rooms however, in the interim, it is important we remain up-to-date with our maintenance program and thorough housekeeping to present these rooms in the best condition possible. As an alternative to consider in the future, our Pacific Club King Rooms are contemporary in design and offer modern, spacious bathrooms. Access to the Pacific Club Lounge is also available with these rooms and is an ideal place to relax and enjoy the many privileges of the Lounge including drinks and canapés served of an evening and also buffet breakfast next morning.

We do hope to welcome you again and have the opportunity of extending our warm Pan Pacific Perth hospitality.

We stayed in a club room which was lovely, nicely decorated and spacious.

Location is great for exploring Perth.

The club facilities are ok but I've seen better choices elsewhere.

The real downside is (some of the) rude and arrogant check in staff. I've never been spoken to in such a condescending and judgemental way in all my life. Perhaps it's because we were dressed in shorts and flip flops and didn't fit the profile of your average 5 star hotel clientele. To say I'm disgusted at the attitude of some staff is an understatement. I will not return to this hotel.

Wife was fortunate enough to win 2 nights at the Presidential Suite. Picked the days to land on her birthday. Suite was very nice. Not the sort of thing i would pay $1700 for and had a couple of things I thought could have been better. But the customer service was the best I have had since my regular trips to the Grand Hyatt in Melbourne, probably better. Everyone from the first time I walked in couldn't do enough. Arranging the spa treatment for the wife, simple. Arranging a birthday cake. Simple, and it was awesome and very personal. Dinner was fantastic, room service was faultless. But Specific people to mention made it an awesome birthday for my wife. Shannon Uptin - Front Desk Manager. Absolutely brilliant, aranged everything from the champagne and chocolates to the cake, Kate from housekeeping, Guilleme from the business lounge, and the lovely ladies we iinteracted on the frint desk such as Margaret, Wait staff at dinner such as George, were also awesome. we will be back!

Great Club Rooms and benefits including "ninja" stairs.
Walking distance from city centre
Quiet location
Very Helpful Staff
Efficient check-in
GHA membership is free - good for regular visitors including upgrades, Wi-Fi, and water etc.
Montrey's (buffet) can be noisey

Perhaps it's Cup night (but that's a Victorian race, right?), but something's up at the Pan Pac. Check in was so slow, massive queues waiting for service, and bungled booking details. Threats of having to charge more unless I sent through the booking conf...again.... .

The Club looks nice - but don't expect anything after 7:30pm. Which is when the majority of East coast flight passengers arrive...

It can only get better...

Stayed here with my wife for a honeymoon starter before going to bali and we loved this place since was not that expensive as the country is and has everything a hotel should have.

Location 5/5: Close to downtown, barrack st jetty and more we choose this hotel for its surroundings.

Facilies 4/5: Big pool, almost full gym, internet statio with printers, concierge etc.

Room 3.5/5: Comfortable enough for a city hotel, looks renovated but the bathroom was still kind of old, flushing system worked really weird but worked, amenities as every large hotel.

Staff 4.5/5: Friendly, caring and really nice people.

Check in was quick, service is good, and the location is decent - close to the central business district. The rooms are clean but the tv controls are confusing! The hotel needs a facelift, appears pretty 80s to me.
