We feel compelled to share our recent experience as it is beyond belief!!!
*Arrived at the hotel at 2pm to a massive line at Reception, no room available.
*Luggage stored and porter hung suit and ball dress drapped over suitcase on the floor this is just unacceptable.
*Staff on reception lacked emotion & maturity to handle the situation.
*Large dangerous fat spill to walk to/from carpark - disgusting smell.
*Returned at 4pm still massive line and a lot of unhappy customers frustrated.
*Luggage had not been moved. Usual practise is to have any stored luggage sent to the room once available.
*Room downgraded still charged full price.
*Room downgrade not communicated on check in.
*Called duty manager took 45mins to rectify.
*Duty manager was not initially willing to change rooms!!!!???
*New room and floor was inline with expectations as sold by Reservations.
*Room service dinner - Late Menu - served cold chips. To waiters credit he could see they were cold and said they do not look right, he replaced with fresh.
*No newspaper on executive club floor.
*Breakfast - Club Floor - hot food cold, so ordered fresh poached eggs. Finished breakfast and eggs never came????
*Check out - unfriendly and cold.
Will never ever stay again!!!!!
