Although Rydges Hotels are getting a little bit tired this one is worth a stay if you want to be close to nightlife and boutique shopping area of Perth. Reasonably priced, clean, surprisingly quiet and friendly staff.

I stayed here on business and the hotel was good. We ate in the hotel restaurant a couple of times and the food and service was good. I enjoyed the breakfast, lots of options and freshly cooked eggs. The staff were helpful and friendly and gave me suggestions on where I could go running. I recommend visiting King's Park while you're in Perth. The room was comfortable and quiet, what I expected without being amazing.

The amazing staff hear are the reason this place rocks. Whether the start of your visit in being greeted by the guys in valet to look after your car, to reception where you will be welcomed like an old friend or family member and fast tracked to your room. If you need anything all these wonderful people will do their best to fulfill all your needs, with a smile and in a timely manner.
Once settled you then need to head to CBD restaurant. You will love the food, great choice and flavors, but the highlight is the teamwork and fantastic staff working here. They will keep you entertained and amused, but more importantly look after you with the love and care of their own brother, sister or parent.
Don't pass up a great location, but awesome service
will keep my repeat business
:))))

Arrived on late flight and lost taxi just on 730 pm to be told the club room was closing the web advertised 24 hours and bar closed 730. Dissapointed I wasn't even offered a quick refreshment as I just arrived, the breakfast wasn't served in the club room. 2nd night snacks and drinks were good, 3rd night food ok but not as good. 4th night very crowded and food was not topped up even though very low stock at 630. Didn't make breakfast last day due to flight schedule so paid for 4 nights upgrade to get 3 days of benefit. The club room standard is much lower than other hotel standards that I have experienced in the city. Staff were nice room was clean, god central location just don't waste your money on the upgrade unless your a big drinker.

Staying here was a pleasant experience. The staff are professional and friendly, check in and check out were quick and easy. The rooms are nice enough with decent views from the higher floors. I really appreciate the quality towels, linens and bathroom products. The bed is amazing, probably one of the best I've slept on because it's firm but with a nice cushion top. They even have a sign saying you can buy one of their beds yourself. I may do that. Parking is difficult around there, I used the valet which at $38 is pretty standard these days. The service there was very fast and pleasant too. Breakfast was OK, could maybe use a few more options in the buffet but was nice. Overall, very good hotel

I spend 3 nights here last week and I'm back tonight before heading back east. Simple, easy checkin and consistently clean neat and tidy rooms. I paid almost double for a room at the Parmelia Hilton earlier this year and it was woeful. You'll have my repeat business here!

Not one of the newest Rydges hotels but well maintained. Standard ('Superior") rooms have queen size bed of "rydges" quality and are larger than average. Our room had two comfortable club chairs and a desk with desk chair. LED flatscreen TV with good reception (and USB port for reviewing photos). The bathroom has a bath with shower head and acomfortable wash basin. Ther airconditioner worked well and managed to keep things cool with outside temperatured of 35 C.
There are three lifts (and a separate service lift for staff) which work fast so there is not .a long time to wait.
Our room on the 14th floor had a great view over the city to the north.

Staff is friendly and helpful and housekeeping is efficient. We stayed for over a week and had bedlinnen replaced regularly.
The location is ideal for both business people and tourists as it is right in the middel of the CBD, walking distance to the main shopping centre (5 minutes) and less than 10 minutes walk from the railway station.
