“Wacky themed bar - one of a kind!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 1, 2012

Devilles Pad is a themed bar with a committment to its concept rarely experienced anywhere. Huge, buxom, bright red devil statues (think Coop's classic demon girls) compete with a light up volcano on the dancefloor and cave-like interior to capture your attention. Go-go girls, swing bands and magicians provide the entertainment. Swinging sixties lounge music is played all night long, and it attracts a laid-back, dance-happy crowd of all ages.

This joint can be tough on the entry requirements, but it's only because they're very protective of their relaxed and tacky-yet-elegant vibe. It's worth dressing up for!

“Have a devilish retro time at Devilles Pad”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 18, 2011

If you like groovy and unusual decor, retro music and cool cocktails with unforgettable garnishes, then Devilles Pad is the place for you! Devilles is a bit off the main nightclub drag in Northbridge but is worth seeking out as it is a special nightclub that caters for almost everyone (unless Dooff Dooff music or heavy metal is your musical genre!)
Walking into the entrance of this nightclub, you will pass an opulent chaise lounge chair- dont miss the painting above of the horned pianist- watch him long enough and his red eyes will light up and follow you! Inside, the devillish theme continues with voluptous she devil statues , retro inspired wrought iron balustrading, cages for go go dancers and even a smoking volcano in the centre of the dancefloor.

Devilles markets itself to the 25 and over age group and it does attract quite a wide range of people which is part of its appeal - everyone fits it. There are lots of liitle cosy nooks for people to sit at, as well as dining booths for those after a substantial meal -the menu has a cajun flavour. On a Friday and Saturday night the dance floor is usually full and the music can vary from retro inspired DJ tracks, to cabaret acts, burlesque performers or live bands.

Cocktails are all appropriately themed with matching garnishes and swivel sticks so cute you will want to pocket them as a souveneir of your night!

A great fun night out with a good vibe - and if you like this place, also check out the Hula Bula Bar in the CBD owned by the same people!
