“Disappointed”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed September 30, 2013

Went for lunch with my friend today and was disappointed. Service was a little average then when we received the food we were not impressed. I ordered the ravioli, it was entree side I think but only had 3 pieces of raviloi in the dish, it was around $16. I would have thought you would have got a little more than 3 pieces, especially being a pub. My friend ordered the steak sandwich, the steak was really tough and she struggled to bite into it, had very little sauce inside the sandwich and had not much flavour. Appears to be expensive and not very good value for money.

“Exceptional by local standards”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 13, 2013 via mobile

The mussels are to die for - massive portion plus a nice side of french fries, err, chips. A real find by Perth standards though about double what you'd pay in SF or even at Belgo in London. The service was pretty good though could be more attentive at the tables. Great beer selection. Highly recommend.

“Go for the beer not the food”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed August 6, 2013 via mobile

I've been here a few times now and it's a great place to have a rink. If you want food however forget it. The chef is obviously old school and all about themselves not the customer. We've been turned away before for a meal at 10 mins before closing. This time they were reluctant to take us in 30 mins before closing time! We got served suspects oysters and garlic bread with no butter. Sent it back and they just whacked some garlic in the piece and sent the bread back out. Seriously Chef lose the ego and remember who is keeping you in a job.
