“Terrific crabs”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 27, 2012 via mobile

We came here twice during the visit to melbourne and wasnt disappointed. The crabs dishes are very good and this is considering we come from singapore where crabs rule! The various other dishes are very decent although clearly the tastes have been alterde versus what we have back home. Still, its worth a visit and it satisfies our cravings for home asian food. The hor fun is well cooked and tasty. For what its priced in melbourne, its good stuff.

“Great food, great service”

Loved this restaurant. The food and service were great. Short drive from CBD. A little gem if you like Asian cuisine.

“Good Malaysian takeaways - veggie-friendly”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 23, 2012

This worked out as a good option for a Malaysian vegetarian takeaway. we went for Singapore noodles, a vege Lanka and gado gado, along with a serve of coconut rice and a roti. Not a cheap option at 50 bucks, but worth the money for lovers of Nonya flavours!

“Yummy but too spicy for delicate tummies”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 22, 2012

This had a busy and bustling feel to it. The range of food to choose from was amazing; although we were not after crab that night, we were impressed by the many different dishes featuring crab, but when the Delicate-Stomached One checked, there was very little that she could actually eat - she likes chilli, but it doesn't like her. Staff made recommendations, but when the dish arrived and was tried, she knew there would be trouble ahead. The staff were most obliging, took it away and brought something else. However, even that was a bit much and she suffered mightily the next day. Having said that, the flavours were good and the Dining Partner declared his "Pretty good" which is a high accolade from him.
