I'm a semi regular here. It's intimate and authentic in its offerings.
What draws me back is value for money and cosy ambience.
My friend and I find it hard to go past the set menu platter, with yummy, varied Abyssinian curries, eaten with your right hand using the fabulous warm, freshly prepared millet and sorghum flat bread.
My friend gets the owner to select an African beer for him and has sampled many, without disappointment. We usually take our own wine, saving even more on costs.
Friendly, obliging service!
Make sure you book, as it is usually packed, with two sittings on Friday and Saturday nights!
