“Rather pricey”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed October 29, 2013

Good tasty Japanese food, set in Fed Square looking back over Melbourne. The problem for me was that the quantity of food wasn't that great and yet the cost was pretty high. Good if you want to take some business people out and you've got a corporate card, but if you're on a budget, there are better places to go.

“love it love it love it!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 16, 2013

One of our favorite finds down under! Fresh sashimi and super tasty jap/korean fusion food. Indulge in the hustle and bustle of Melbourne City with uncompromising quality of food. Its location is central enough for shopping and basically feeling the Melbourne-vibe =) Would recommend it to anyone who's visiting the city of Melbourne.

“Good food at reasonable prices.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 1, 2013

We ate here over the weekend of the AFL grand final, so it was possibly as busy as it ever gets. Whilst the service was a little slow, which is understandable, as Federation Square was packed with people watching the football on the big screen, which can also be easily seen from the restaurant. The food was tasty and well presented and we would have no hesitation eating there again.

“Becoming more pedestrian”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed September 19, 2013

I've eaten here maybe 5 times over a period of 5 years... it began very well, but - over time - I think the offering has deteriorated and become a lot more pedestrian until it is just another wagamama-type experience.
This is not to say bad, but nothing special.

“Different and tasty”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 15, 2013

We were invited here by a local - knew general location but signage was not great so took a while to find it.
Information on restaurant mentions "communcal dining" which meas long tables and siting next to strangers - it is "noisy" so soemtimes converstaons are challenging.
Food was excellent and so was the service. There are a variety of dishes which ca be shared or consumed individually - the serving staff gave helpful explanatiosn about the food and it arrived promptly. A great lunch fior three with drinks for $130 - seemed good value to me
