We quite liked the rooms but after requesting upon booking that we had a twin room, we were given a double which we then had to wait for a room change. Then once we got into the new room, we had to wait for the bed to be split and the quilts were taken and only one blanket each was available to us which made for a cold first night. The location was perfect for getting around the Southbank, South Wharf and city on foot. The prompt service was good but a little disconcerting was when staff would enter the room without giving us a chance to answer their knock. Fresh towels were left for us but the room was not serviced. A nice place to stay at a reasonable cost.
