We stayed for 2 nights, visited Sydney for ten nights and then returned to The Langham Melbourne for another 2 nights.
I have an interest in hotels for my company managing all business travel and take service into consideration hugely particularly at these 5* hotels, and I am delighted having stayed at The Langham,Melbourne.
Service is exceptional. Swift check in, a beautiful river view room on the executive floor. The room was cleaned exceptionally by our maid and the amenities and turn down service really good. Other hotels should take note!
The executive club is really very good. Having just stayed in the Sheraton in Sydney whose exec club was a disaster where you had to fight for a table and wait ages for service, it was a pleasant return to The Langham Melbourne. Attentive, personal service by Suzanne, Ryan and the others. Service exceptional. breakfast and evening canapés superb. Highly recommended.
Guest relations even escorted us to the exec lounge upon our check in and ensured we were well looked after which we were.
The pool and spa is lovely and the terrace gets the daily sunshine and is a nice place to chill out.
I would highly recommend this hotel and if I am fortunate enough to visit again I would definitely stay here.
All of the staff are extremely happy and polite, all wishing you a good day. Genuinely.
We had a late flight and check out being midday was no hassle as we checked out and left our bags with the bell desk. We were then able to shower and use the spa facilities to change before our airport pick up.
