We have stayed here twice and love going back, we looked at lots of different hotels this last visit but couldn't match the benefits of the Promenade. Their pool area with Gym etc is excellent. Their proximity to Crown Casino is great but you still get the small hotel feel with a big hotel benefits. You won't be disappointed.

Room Tip: Ask to be on the front of the Hotel up high with views of the City, on a good day you will see Ballo...

A great place to stay and exceptional value especially when staying during the Melbourne cup carnival, the one down side to this property is when a room door closes you feel the thud and generally hear it too and it appeared to be from not just one level but a couple around you.
Had a great view from the 20th floor and will definately be back there. The coffee at breakfast in mesh is not the best quality but when you buy one from the coffee cart it is much improved and fresh.

We stayed one night on the 20th floor and had a great overall experience.
The room was large with 2 comfortable queen beds. There was a couch overlooking the fabulous view.
The bathroom had a huge shower and was stylish. The towels were very narrow though.
We ate dinner at the conservatory restaurant which was an easy walk from our room.
The staff were really friendly and professional. We also swam in the pool which was warm and large enough to cater for all the guests and had an out door seating area.

I was very surprised that I could get such quality at such a low price (booked through Wotif and paid $250 per night). The service was impeccable and attention to detail great.

The room I had was spacious with great views. Linen and pillows wonderful quality. Bathroom large with well lit mirror and lots of space to get the job done if you are female with lots of bottles. I came for Derby Day so it was a real treat to have such a nice place to get my plumage on!

Good working area if you are traveling for business. It had a kettle and tea etc which I've noticed not all hotels have these days.

I ate breakfast in the restaurant and the food was simple and not cheap but good value I think compared to other similar hotels. Surprisingly my cappuccino was OK which is unusual for large hotels where I find they typically are poorly equipped to deliver a decent coffee. Also the room service menu was extensive. I had a great meal of tandoori lamb and chickpea curry and it was one of the best meals I've had from a room service menu ever.

The pool area is awesome. Lots of glass and light. There's a gym which is in 2 parts: one area for cardio and a decently fitted out weights area. This is the reason I'll be booking again as is a wonderful space to spend a lazy Sunday afternoon.

Room Tip: Ask for a room in the higher floors with a view

We are fortunate to have lovely bathrooms with large bench space which is convenient when getting ready and you need everything at your fingertips! Our F&B Department will be delighted to know your enjoyed their offerings from breakfast to dinner with the tandoori lamb & chickpea curry being “one of the best meals” you’ve had from a Room Service menu.

Thanks again for the positive feedback and we hope to welcome you back soon.
