Foremost, the hotel and its services is what you would expect from a hotel of such standard. What I found annoying is that the hotel charge guests for getting access to the WIFI services. After paying the price of the room, what is so difficult for the hotel to offer complimentary Internet access?
I have stayed in many hotels around the world in the course of my business /leisure travels and in most countries the Internet services is offered free to the guests. This is what we call the added value given to your paying guests. I hope the management of the hotel would seriously look into this query.
