This is a really well run establishment.
I stayed here as I was doing a Landmark Forum course not far from this property. (If you are doing one also it will only take you about eight minutes to walk there)
Very modern charcoal Grey with red furnishings, full stainless kitchen with dishwasher.
I stayed in the one bedroom which was fantastic. The only thing is it dosent have a bath but does have a huge bathroom including washer / dryer.
Staff are lovely.
I will stay here every time I have to go back.
Also the closest tram stop is up on St Kilda road a thirty second trip away and getting into the city only takes about three or four minutes.

I have stayed in these apartmetns since they opened a few years ago. Crisp, clean, well appointed. The "premium" apartments offer wonderful and expansive views of Melbourne City. The two bedroom apartments offer a lovely vista over St Kilda Rd towards the War memorial.

Easy to get a taxi or a tram from the corner.

With a small supermarket and cafes around the corner and an alcohol shop on site what mroe could you ask for?

Easy walking distance to the NGV, South Melbourne and Arts precinct.

It is a safe area but not a lot to do nearby on weekends.
