“Lovely Lunch”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 30, 2014

We had a wonderful lunch at Gazi recently and I can wholeheartedly recommend a visit. If you go have the chips, best I ever tasted, feta, rosemary, what's not to love! The salad we had was a little blah and could have used a snappier dressing but it was by no means bad. Interestingly designed space but a little noisy, not bad for a fun lunch however. I would go again in a minute if I lived in Melbourne!

“Good tasty food but noisy venue ”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 28, 2014

The food here is fast, tasty and fabulous- think saganaki, tasty souvlakika with juicy meat and a few fries in it and fresh, delicious salads- betroot, grain salad, green salad. Quite good service. However, if you're coming here for a date or for conversation, the place is very loud and occasionally one needs to shout to be heard. Tables are about 20cm from each other and don't expect to have any raunchy or sensitive conversations- it can be heard by your neighbours

“Great food and atmosphere”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 26, 2014

Our first experience was a delight. Five of us will be back. The food is Greek with a twist. We had a mixture of starters that we shared, all were yummy. I had a Seafood Souvlaki which was to die for. And we shared a few fab salads. Oh and if you are a chippy fan theses are the best ever. Found it odd that there was no Greek Salad on the menu but the other salads made up for it. The staff were fantastic and very helpful. Loved the terracotta pots. Great atmosphere and will definately be back. Great value for money.

“Do not go if you are in a hurry”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed April 22, 2014

We were not in a hurry but the booking says you have to be out within 1 hour. We did not receive our first course, dip and bread until 40 mins after we had ordered. Food was tasty, some of the staff not really switched on

“Fab food in a hub”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 21, 2014

Food was delicious, service excellent considering it was an extremely busy and large restaurant. Disliked the noise, loved the pot roof, and the food.
