This restaurant will make it in Melbourne's Good Food Guide next year without a doubt. Food was delicious and the service exceptional. The menu is a little different to your standard fine dining restaurant in that it encourages sharing large plates.
We shared the gruyere pie and the tongue in cheek braise. The braise was beautifully cooked. The meat was tender and pulled apart easily. The pie was also well cooked.
The staff have a really good understanding of the menu and are happy to provide for dietary requirements. We had a gluten intolerant diner and the chef organised our dishes with gluten free ingredients.
I would be happy to recommend this restaurant to anyone.
