Stayed recently for 5 nights while going to Aus Open. Clean well situated in Little Bourke. Close to theatres, cbd, Lygon St and many restaurants. Provided daily breakfast which was adequate for a quick brekkie. Beds comfy and staff helpful. Would recommend to others and would stay here again.
