Many thanks for your time to provide valuable feedback.
Apologies that the air conditioning was too loud. We will have maintenance look at the matter.
Please contact Reception when such matters happen and they will be happy to look at things immediately to try and find a solution.

Certainly the hotel's location is great in respect of Southern Cross station.

“Handy Place”

Close to all the amenities, transport, & featured attractions. Able to use the Shuttle tram service, within easy walking distance to the airport shuttle service. Room was clean & tidy, bed very comfortable.

“You get what you pay for”

This hotel was clean and tidy. The room was pretty cramped with toilet and bathroom forming part of the main room. Shower was step in the bath type. After dark it soon became apparent that the building next door was a nightclub as the boom boom music came at us through the walls. I would not stay here again but that is a choice of mine in relation to the enjoyment of peace an quiet. The one Staffmember I saw was friendly although I found a lot of difficulty locating henim when I wanted a beer and had to go for the leave the hotel option.

Many thanks for your time in providing valuable feedback on your recent stay at the hotel.

Apologies that the staff member was not available at the time you required to assist with your
beverage requirements. We have shared and discussed this with the team to take steps that this does not occur in the future.

There are a range of room types and the standard double and twin rooms are compact. All rooms have a shower over the bath and discussion are planned for 2013 too see what steps the hotel is able to undertake to have the baths removed and replaced with a shower only.

The hotel is located adjacent to the popular weekend nightclub area of King Street. At times this can be challenging and we continue to work closely with authorities as required.

Many thanks for your ongoing support of the hotel and we greatly appreciate
you taking the time to share your experiences.

Ibis as a brand are proactively working to evolve as the needs and demands of
our lifestyles change and we are please to see you have seen this happening to us.

Our neighbours have over the years changed and we endeavour to work as closely as possible to ensure that we can all life in harmony. At times this is very challenging and in particular weekends we are in regular contact with the police to enforce appropriate behaviour on the street.

The ongoing building development site is approximately halfway through its build and when complete and the heavy traffic is removed Melbourne City council will review the streets and footpaths.

Once again many thanks for your support and we look forward to welcoming you back in the near future.

“Excellent location in the middle of downtown Melbourne”

The hotel is located at the city centre of Melbourne. Near the free of charge oldtimer city circle tram and circle line bus. Breakfast is simple but OK. Staff is friendly and helpful. It is easy to walk to Victoria Market and the Yarra River to take a lovely boat trip at sunset.
