Set in the middle of the CBD this hotel is an absolute gem. From the minute we walked through the door, we could not fault anything. Service was excellent, from the concierge when we first walked in to the staff at reception. Every little query we had was answered and always with a smile. Set in the middle of Collins street, it is only a walk away from trams, the train station and the main streets of the CBD. Perfect for sightseeing and shopping. Will definetely stay here again!

Brilliant location - right in the middle of Melbourne CBD, close proximity to shops/ cafes/ restaurant. Room was lovely - great view, clean and very comfortable. Great service from staff - very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again.

We always love staying here for the location, value and fantastic staff. Two of the breakfast 'team managers' were rushed and abrupt.....other than that, every staff member is friendly and helpful. Franzi at reception is brilliant, and the concierge guys couldn't be more helpful. The location is great, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and breakfast is substantial and very nice. We will stay again!

This hotel is perfectly located in MEL CBD .
Room was outstanding, beautifully appointed with a great view of the city.
I had requested twin beds and was originally told that would not be possible but upon checking in ,they had 'sorted it' and we got the 2 beds.
Bathroom could do with a bit more bench space to put toiletries on but we are nitpicking here.
Concierge downstairs was so very helpful with airport transfers, walking to restaurants, transport to venues, and breakfast venues, Thanks Richard we enjoyed Solarino.
the pool area is located within the confines of the shopping centre/hotel and as we did want to have a swim it was the least enjoyable, small pool,cloudy with chlorine, dark and dank corner.
but dont let that put you off for a millisecond as all in all this is a well appointed , great located hotel for leisure or business.
