We booked 2 twin bed rooms for 4 girls on a shopping weekend to Melb.
Rooms were newly refurbished and spotless and overlooked the Australia on Collins atrium - fabulous. The location is fantastic, close to everything and within walking distance to Southbank as well.
Service and breakfast and bar area were great, but we did not try the restaurant or the room service, as we went out for dinners.
I have stayed here before and will again.
