this was a nice informative visit in Melbourne. Amazed by it's history and architecture. I did take an architectural tour while in Melbourne and this was one of the highlights.

Great day out anytime of the year but especially on a winters day. The displays are always changing so there is something new to see each visit.

“An asset to the city”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 16, 2013

I like the variety of travelling exhibitions such as Titanic and Pompie. It is people and child friendly and a world away from the old concept of a museum.Love it

“Loads of fun”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 16, 2013

A few of the galleries were closed on our visit, as was the IMAX, which was disappointing. However, there is still loads to see, including dinosaurs and a huge collection of gems and rocks, including bits of Mars and a rock with crystals over 4 billion years old. Use your student ID if you have one to get free admission!
