A good, well located, no fuss hotel. The air conditioning was a blessing in Melbourne heatwave, and all for a good price.

Our stay at the Kingsgate Hotel was very enjoyable. The room was great, very comfortable and suited us perfectly. Cleanliness and service was fabulous. Will definately stay at the Kingsgate whenever we visit Melbourne again!
