Enjoyed a 3 night stay in a spacious Grand Suite on 30th floor with great 180 degree city and Yarra views. Would highly recommend Grand lounge access for quiet relaxed breakfast and evening canapes and drinks. This was our 6th visit to this hotel (always staying in suites) and as usual the service was excellent. Our favourite suite is the Ambassador on the top floor. Have never experienced any problems at this hotel and will keep on returning due to its location, and high levels of comfort and service.

I stayed here on the 17th Nov 2012, Hotel is very grand and glam. Bedding very very comfy, plan to purchase from the Hyatt @ Home website.

Our room was on the 31st floor (Same as the Club Lounge). Being on the 31st floor you would expect great views? However we had a view of a building in front of us, you had to get really close to the window and look to your right to see the "City View". As a few other reviews said you can hear other guests taps, toilet etc in the neighboring rooms. Apart from that our stay was fab! - I highly recommend the club lounge access for the complementarity drinks etc. I would book well in advance for good discounts on the Grand Club King Room.

Would definitely recommend this Hotel.

We just enjoyed our first night away without our children (the youngest is over 2 so it's been a while!) to celebrate our anniversary. We had such high expectations, wanted everything to be perfect etc, and the Grand Hyatt did not let us down in the slightest. We had a Club room - it is undoubtedly worth the bit extra - and loved everything about it. The bathroom was gorgeous, the bed was amazing, the decor was stylish and fresh, and the view. The view!! The Club Lounge was also just terrific, esp the easy check-in, the breakfast (inc in room price) and the evening drinks/canapes. We didn't want to leave. A couple of little concierge issues - we asked for four panadols in the morning and received two nurofen; we needed a florist and were directed (after much web searching) to the one in the lobby that had been forgotten (!) and then it was closed. And no turn down service at night (perhaps this is no longer the done thing?) But these things are so minor that they are probably not even worth mentioning. We loved it, felt very welcome and special and think we might make it an annual event!
