Just worth checking the road where you can enter with a car for parking. As no access to from of the hotel from the road. We called and were given directions to the valet parking entrance. But otherwise a very nice place to stay.

Reception and valet service was great. Two out of three nights I had room service. Both nights there was no salt in the shaker. One meal was delivered with out ordered soup. Took 45mins to sort it out ....unsucessfully.

we booked in to be placed in a room with views of the air conditioning system. Following a complaint we were moved to an upper level.better but not great. still air conditioning views.
we don't seem to be getting any privileged service or benefits from our Accor card .
i have been in this for years and expect better.

Stayed for a short business trip - comfortable room but style is dated.
Personally I think I you can find better quality hotels around for the price you pay here.
Great location if you like shopping as Bourke st mall is 25m away - close to local trams too.

We stayed here for the White Night Festival and it was a great location. It was surprisingly fairly quiet considering how many people were in Melbourne that night. The room and bathroom were a good size especially for two young children. We had breakfast in the Louden Restaurant and it was reasonably priced, kids ate for free and there was an adequate amount to choose from. The only negative was staff were slow to clear tables so it took a while for us to find a table large enough for the four of us. The only other thing that was not ideal was the valet parking setup, its down a laneway off little bourke st and it is tiny, there's barely enough room for two cars to squeeze past, but the parking staff do a great job in a not ideal situation. All in all I would stay here again.
