Well if you like tennis this is your tour, The home of Australian Open
opened up to the public.A well priced and well conducted tour. You see so much ,Changes rooms, Press rooms, Walk of Champions, the Arens , courts, and the winners Cups.So much history I learned so much.
Well worth the trip to Melbourne.

“Waste of time and money”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed March 4, 2013

This was such a disappointing guided tour, especially having visited other iconic sports venues throughout the world. A visit to the men's changing room, centre court laid out for a rock concert, media room, and looking at photos of players does not constitute a tour. It needs historical film footage, an inspiring gallery and much more relevance to Rod Laver, Margaret Court, etc. The gallery of 2013 winners was not even set up yet...

“Australian Open 2013”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 25, 2013

Took my two sons (8 and 12) to see the Women's semi finals. Had heaps to do outside for the kids (and big kids lol). Plus there were lots of freebies too.
Unfortunately we went on a 37 degree day, so the heat in the stadium was just unbearable. Food options were plentiful with a healthy eating stall, which was a nice change. Prices were as they normally are at any function, so it was no suprise.

“great venue”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 21, 2013

Rod Laver Arena is a great venue for concerts and tennis. For the tennis try to get a seat in the shade!
