I stayed here for one week for business and here are my pros and cons:
Pros: very modern, very clean, very efficient
It is in a great location within the Crown complex: hotels, casino, etc
Heard the pool was gorgeous but didn't get to it myself. My colleagues also raved about the cappucinos.
Spacious room, large bed, good view, heating just right.
Iron and ironing board
Efficient check in and check out.
Cons: I brought my own pillow having read beforehand on TripAdvisor that the pillows were huge and soft (I like thin and hard).
Glass doors on shower and loo - I was on my own so this was ok but would not have liked to share
No proper English Breakfast tea in the room or in the breakfast room. No plain (natural) yogurt.
My room was near the elevators and the "ping" woke me up around 7 on the one morning I could have slept in.
Not very personalised.
