I am from Melbourne originally and have travelled far and wide. I come back to Melbourne regularly and have stayed in many establishments. This is one of the best.

From the moment we emailed them, Brighton Bay Apartments, and Jason in particular, were accommodating, helpful, flexible, polite, and professional.

Upon arrival we were personally greeted and escorted by Jason to our 2 bedroom apartment and apprised of the establishment's facilities in the most friendly manner that we have ever encountered in a hotel.

The apartment was clean, quiet, well located to the nearyby train station, and warm! (it was the middle of winter)

My one small and only suggestion on how to improve things, would be regarding the recycling aspect, i.e. disposing of recycling materials in the current rubbish area would be more preferable than going down to car park area.

This was our first time at this establishment, but I now intend to make it a regular stopover as a result of Jason's and Brighton Bay Apartment's truly welcoming attitude and atmosphere.

Our family of 5 had to quickly relocate due to some 'renovation issues'. Thank goodness for Bayside Bay Apartments. Our family felt safe and secure here in our 'home away from home'. Staff are professional, friendly and accommodating.

Apartment is perfect for us all, spacious, clean and well appointed. Added bonus is the walking distance to trains, shops, beach and we love the fact we can walk down the street and choose from some amazing restaurants and cafes! This is not just accommodation...its a 'lifestyle'

Our family of four spent three nights here in a standard two bedroom apartment. We often stay in serviced apartments and this was one of the best that we have experienced. It was very nicely presented, the kitchen was large and well equipped and communication with management both before and during the stay was excellent. The apartment complex and underground carpark have
good security and there is very good access to both train and bus. Bay Street is a great location for anyone visiting the south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne.

We relocated back into Melbourne from the UK last week and stayed for 8 days in a standard 2 bedroom/2 bathroom courtyard apartment. The apartment was spotless and presented well and was in good condition. From the start the service was first class; we were contacted a week prior to our stay and invited to arrive early on our day of arrival. We found this communication to be very proactive and we were really appreciative because we were able to come straight to the apartments as our flight arrived in Melbourne at 7am (we have 3 children). The complimentary supplies provided included gourmet teas, coffees, chocolates and quality consumables such as USPA toiletries plus other handy ‘getting started’ items. Even the heaters and lamps were on for us as it was 2 degrees outside when we arrived! The courtyard was huge, and the apartment spacious, the study/office was an added bonus as my husband was working from home for the first few days so a quiet workspace was handy. The supermarket next door is open from 7am to 9pm seven days a week. Note; this is not a hotel so there is no concierge, room service etc but there is parking included. If you are after a decent sized, amazingly quiet residential apartment then overall these are great value for money apartments.
