“Excellent hotel with great modern contemporary design”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 19, 2010

This hotel is a little distance away from the CBD, about 5-10 minutes by tram. I stayed in the one bedroom apartment. The 'one bedroom' was essentially standing space around the bed, separated from the rest of the unit by sliding glass doors. There was a kitchenette, washing machine and dryer, which all work beautifully. The hotel has a clean, modern feel to it and the interiors were elegant. We stayed quite high up the building (can't remember which floor), and there were great views of the city from the balcony, which we didn't expect. The TV is really difficult to get used to (no, we're not of the above-50 crowd, in fact we're young university-educated girls in our 20s), but that's about the only gripe I have with this fine hotel.

This hotel was great, though Trailfinders told us we had booked an appartment, the Seasons advised it is a double room with facilites. It was no way an appartment. The room was very small, honesly it was really small only just over a foot in space all around the bed, making it very tight for a weeks living space. The bathroom was much bigger than was needed. There was no sink or cooking facilities only a toaster fridge and kettle, with complimentry tea coffee and milk. Enough for breakfast anyway.
The location is great, 10 min walk to St Kilda beach and restaurants, 45 mins walk into City, otherwise th tram stop right is out side going both ways.
The room was so clean and was cleanned every day with clean towels daily and bedding changed 3 times in one week. No faults could be found with this hotel. The staff we excellent two receptionists Yvonne and Belinda especially, They were so helpfull, friendly and informative.
There was a gym which was small but had enough for a good mini work out, Car parking was available but we were put off by the price.
The restaurant was good with a small but varied menu. What we ate there was good value. Though dontstick to the hotel get out and about we found some fab restaurant loacally, some offering deal too.
I would recomend this hotel and will be returning.

Reasonable hotel but not good location. Reception and restaurant in original old, elegant building but bedrooms in modern high-rise linked by passageway. Bedroom very small, though we did book the cheapest option. Modern bathroom - shower, no bath. Room had microwave, crockery and cutlery as well as kettle. Restaurant food quite good, reasonable price. Not many other restaurants close by. A bit out on a limb, away from the shopping centre, cbd and tourist attractions but a tram does stop outside. Near Albert Park so handy for Grand Prix.

I stay one night in a two bed-room apartment. The rooms are very clean, especially the view is wonderful. All facilities are clean and well managed. The location is very convenient to the beach or other interests place. The stuff are hospitable! Only one thing suggested to improve is the description how to parking. The instruction provided is not very clear. I had to ask them twice. Also, the sign of exit in the parking floor is not obvious. It's not easy to foreigner drivers.

My husband and I stayed at the Seasons during the xmas break and the shopping frenzy in Melbourne and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms were very clean, the reception staff very very helpful and cheeful - we loved the modern touch and privacy it offered. We really couldnt fault it. We booked our room with the bfast option, and that was well done too. No complaints - would definately stay there again!

Close to trams, however is in business area, little walk to convenience store. Overall nice experience. Asked for upgrade though because the original room booked was tiny and without a separate sitting/tv room. paid only extra $10 per night for much improved self contained suite. Best suited to business people.

My girlfriend and I booked a last minute trip to Melbourne in April 2009. Due to it being last minute we were not in a position to spend lots of money, and eventually came accross this hotel which appeared to be good value. We were extremely happy with the Cleanliness of the Hotel, the rooms were very modern and extremely comfortable with a nice view. We did not spend much time in the room as we were busy exploring Melbourne but whilst we were in the hotel we were very happy. The only small downside was the location, it was a 10 minute, $10 cab ride into the city, or there was a Tram stop out the front of the hotel which has a free tram which takes you around the city. For us this was not a problem as we do not mind walking and adventuring to find our way around. Further to this we knew where the hotel was located before we booked so we can hardly mark them down on it now! For the last two days of the trip we also hired a car, this hotel made a great base to travel around from as it is not quite a busy as the city centre. I would definitely stay here again, and at less than $100 per night it was an absolute bargain!
